Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300 FE Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE have been announced in India. The new devices pack Zeiss optics along with flagship Qualcomm chips, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 inside the X300 Ultra and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 inside the X300 FE. Here’s everything else to know about them.

Vivo X300 Ultra

The Vivo X300 Ultra comes in Victory Green and Eclipse Black in India, priced at Rs 1,59,999 for the sole 16GB + 512GB model. The combo which includes including X300 Ultra smartphone, 400mm Equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra and 200mm Equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, vivo Imaging grip is priced at Rs 2,09,999 and is available in Eclipse Black only.

Specifications:

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch AMOLED Display with a 2K pixels (3168 x 1440) resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 510 ppi, Dolby Vision, P3 wide colour gamut, HDR 10+, and a 2160Hz PWM dimming. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC paired with UFS 4.1 storage and LPDDR5x Ultra and Ultra Pro (for 1TB model) RAM.

It gets a triple rear camera setup including an OIS-backed 1/1.12-inch 200MP Blueprint x Sony LYT-901 f/1.85 primary sensor, a 50MP Blueprint x Sony LYT-818 f/2.0 ultra-wide angle sensor with OIS, and a 200MP Blueprint x Samsung ISOCELL HP0 f/2.67 periscope telephoto lens which gets industry’s first large-sensor gimbal-level 3° OIS (CIPA 7.0) feature. They are complemented by the VS1+ imaging chip. It has a 50MP f/2.45 front-facing camera.

Vivo has two teleconverters for the device’s telephoto sensor, including the 400mm 17.4x teleconverter, called the “Cannon 400”, and a 200mm 8.7x teleconverter that’s called the “Lipstick 200”. There’s also a photography kit the device supports, called the vivo Imaging Grip Kit.

In addition, it is backed by a 6600mAh battery paired with 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The device is IP68 + IP69 rated, has stereo speakers and gets an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, IR blaster and a USB Type-C port. It also supports two-way satellite communication only in the 1TB model.

The X300 FE starts at Rs 79,999 for the 12GB + 256GB trim and Rs 89,999 for the 12GB + 512GB version. It comes in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black shades. The vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is priced at Rs 15,999 while the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Accessory Kit is priced at Rs 3,999.

Specifications:

The Vivo X300 FE sports a 6.31-inch AMOLED Display with 1.5K resolution, HDR10+, 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 120Hz refresh rate with a peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. It features 50MP selfie sensor with Autofocus support and gets an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Processor paired with 12GB RAM LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and will get 5 major OS updates and 7 years of security updates.

The device has a 50MP primary camera with Sony IMX921 sensor, f/1.57 aperture, OIS, joined by an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto camera with f/2.65 Aperture and OIS
