Xiaomi 18 Pro series has been announced in China, including the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. The new series is powered by the newly announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series processors, along with triple rear cameras, a 120Hz rear AMOLED display, 100W fast wired charging, and more. The new devices are available with up to 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM. Here’s everything to know about them.
Xiaomi’s India and Global accounts have also begun teasing the launch of the Xiaomi 18 Pro series, which suggests the devices may debut worldwide before the end of the year. An exact launch timeline is yet to be revealed.
Xiaomi 18 Pro: Price, Specifications
The Xiaomi 18 Pro is priced starting at CNY 5,999 (approx Rs 85,650) and is available in black, white, pink, blue, and a special edition red shade with a transparent back panel.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro sports a 6.4-inch (2436 x 1120 pixels) 1.5K M11 AMOLED LTPO display with a 1-120Hz variable refresh rate, up to 4000 nits peak brightness, 12-bit colours, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 2160Hz PWM Dimming, DC Dimming support, and Xiaomi Shield Glass 3 protection. It also supports Privacy Display technology.
It has a secondary display on the back which is a 2.7-inch (912 x 596 pixels) 120Hz AMOLED panel with up to 4000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR Vivid, HDR10+, and DC Dimming.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Processor with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on HyperOS 4 based on Android 17 out of the box.
For optics, the Xiaomi 18 Pro gets a triple rear camera setup, with a 50MP f/1.67 primary camera with 1/1.28″ Light Hunter 960 sensor, Hyper OIS, LED flash, Leica Summilux lens, accompanied by a 50MP 102° Leica f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens, and a 200MP 3.2x Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto camera with f/2.4 Aperture and OIS. The device has a 50MP f/2.2 sensor on the front for selfies.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro has a 7000mAh battery, supporting 100W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, magnetic charging, 27W wireless and wired reverse charging. It has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings, and an IR blaster on top. For connectivity, it offers 5GSA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v6.0, UWB support, Beidou, Galileo, GLONASS, GPS (L1 + L5), NavIC, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, and NFC.

The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is priced starting at CNY 6,999 (approx Rs 99,900) and is available in the same colour options as the Pro.
