Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro was announced in India last week. The new Tecno device is the Pro model of the vanilla version that was launched in India back in January this year. Launched as a 4G handset, the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro comes with an IP69 rating, a MediaTek chip, a single rear camera, and more.
Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro: Price, Availability
Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro is priced at Rs 15,999 for the 4GB + 64GB storage variant and Rs 16,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model. The phone will go on sale in India from September 4, via offline retail stores as well as Amazon and Flipkart. It will be available in Burgundy Red, Basalt Titanium, Eclipse Black, and Sunrise Orange.
Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro: Specifications
The Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro sports a 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz Refresh Rate, 260 ppi, and an HD+ resolution of 1526 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 SoC. The device has up to 128GB of in-built UFS 2.2 storage and 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM with additional Virtual RAM support. The storage is expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot.
For photos and videos, the Tecno device has a single rear camera setup which includes a 13-megapixel sensor paired with a dual-LED flash. There is also an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front. It is backed up by a 5200mAh battery with 15W fast wired charging.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Additional features include dual speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and an IP68 + IP69 rated body. The device runs on HiOS 16 based on Android 16.
Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro: Should You Buy It?
In its price point, the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro may appeal to buyers who want a good-looking design along with decent day-to-day performance. However, if you want better endurance, there are better options available, like the Realme C100i 4G which has a 6500mAh battery.
There’s also the Lava Virat V1 5G which is not only available for cheaper, starting at Rs 13,999, but also has 5G support, a better chipset, and a bigger battery. The Virat V1 Pro 5G offers even better value with double the storage for Rs 15,999. The newly announced Boltt Evo and Boltt Ace 5G also offer better value for money in almost every aspect but then it is a relatively newer brand to trust.
