Motorola E6S launched in India as a rebranded Moto E6 Plus

As expected Motorola just unveiled its latest budget device for India – the Moto E6S. The phone is identical to the recently announced Moto E6 Plus and comes with the same 6.1-inch notched display, Helio P22 chipset and 3,000 mAh battery.

The Moto E6S comes with an HD+ IPS display and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The selfie camera housed in the waterdrop notch comes in at 8MP while the rear features a 13MP main shooter paired with a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone features a plastic build and comes with a removable back which allows for hassle-free battery swaps. On the software front, the phone retains the same stock build of Android 9 Pie.

The new Moto E6S is up for pre-order on Flipkart in Polished Graphite and Rich Cranberry colors. Sales begin on Sep 23 with a starting price of INR 7,999 ($111) for the 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant.
