iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, iQOO Z11S Launched in China with MediaTek Dimensity Processors

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra and iQOO Z11S have been announced in China as the brand’s latest premium and mid-range phones, respectively. Both the devices come with MediaTek processors under the hood and they also have up to 512GB of storage. The devices also come with huge batteries, such as the 10,000mAh battery inside the Z11S. Here’s everything else to know about the two new devices from iQOO.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra: Price, Specifications

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra starts at CNY 3,699 (approx Rs 52,500) and comes in Black, White, and Wind Chaser (translated) colours.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra sports a 6.83-inch (3200 x 1440 pixels) 2K Visionox F2 LTPS AMOLED 20:9 display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming, HDR 10+, 514 ppi, and up to 500Hz touch sampling rate

The device packs the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chip and runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The smartphone also houses up to 16GB LPPDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. For optics, the handset features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel f/1.8 Sony LYT-700V sensor with OIS and an 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens. For selfies, the handset houses a 16-megapixel f/2.45 selfie camera.

Connectivity options include 5G dual SIM, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, Dual-Band GNSS, IR blaster and NFC. It has dual stereo speakers and is IP68 + IP69 rated as well. The handset also features an in-screen 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. For battery, the smartphone packs a 9100mAh silicon-carbon battery along with support for 100W fast wired charging.

iQOO Z11S: Price, Specifications

The iQOO Z11S starts at CNY 1,999 and comes in Black, White, and Green colours.

The iQOO Z11S 5G sports a 6.83-inch (2800 x 1260 pixels) 1.5K AMOLED 20:9 display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, up to 2000 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, HDR10+, and P3 colour gamut support.

The device packs the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 SoC and runs on Android 16-based Origin OS 6. The smartphone also houses up to 12GB LPPDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. For optics, the handset features a single rear camera with a 50-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor. For selfies, the handset houses an 8-megapixel f/2.05 selfie camera.

Connectivity options include 5G dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.4, Dual-Band GNSS, IR blaster and NFC. It has dual stereo speakers and is IP68 + IP69 rated as well. The handset also features an in-screen optical fingerprint sensor. For battery, the smartphone packs a 10,000mAH silicon-carbon battery along with support for 44W fast wired charging support.
