The Realme 8 5G was introduced yesterday in Thailand, and today it will hit India. The event is scheduled for 12:30 IST (that’s 07:00 UTC) and will be livestreamed for those of you wanting to follow it live.
The Realme 8 5G is quite different from the 4G variant of the Realme 8, despite the similar naming. While some specs like the Dimensity 700 and 6.5” screen are definitely an improvement, Realme had to dial back the cameras.
The answers we expect from this event concern pricing and availability – will Realme 8 5G stay around $320 (equal to INR24,000) or will the brand introduce a lower, more attractive price tag.
