Realme X2 announced with Snapdragon 730G, 64MP camera and 30W VOOC 4.0

Chinese phone maker Realme unveiled the Realme XT over a week ago, and today the company followed it up with a new smartphone, dubbed Realme X2.

The Realme X2 is based on the XT but packs a Snapdragon 730G SoC, 32MP selfie camera, and 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 support. It also has an NFC chip.

Besides, the X2 comes with camera features that we don’t see on the XT, like video recording with the 8MP ultrawide angle camera and real-time video bokeh.

The Realme X2 has the same 6.4″ FHD+ Super AMOLED screen as the XT, complete with an in-display fingerprint reader. It’s running ColorOS 6 and packs a quad camera (64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) on the back, and a 4,000 mAh battery.

The Realme X2 comes in Pearl White and Pearl Blue colors and will be sold in China in two memory versions – 6GB/64GB priced at CNY1,599 ($225/€205) and 8GB/128GB priced at CNY1,899 ($265/€240). However, Realme is offering a discount of CNY100 ($15/€10) on pre-orders placed before September 26 on its official site.

The Buds Wireless earphones are already available in India, but the X2 will make its way to India in December as the XT 730G.
