Realme will bring the 8i to Europe this month

A month ago, Realme introduced the Realme 8i and 8s in India and the former is finally making its way to European shores. The VP of Realme, Madhav Sheth, confirmed the upcoming launch in a Tweet.

Realme will bring the 8i in Europe this month

The handset will arrive on October 14 and will be the first handset on the continent to run on the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset and promises 120Hz at an extremely low price.

We already reviewed the phone and found a lot to like about it so if the pricing is right, it really has the potential to win over a large number of buyers. Currently, the device is starting at INR 13,999 in India, which is around €160, but local taxes will probably result in slight changes to that price.

In the meantime, we suggest reading our full review to help you decide whether or not the Redmi 8i fits your needs so you will be ready for the October 14 release.
