Oppo lists Reno3 Pro on its website, confirms memory options and colors

Oppo is launching the Reno3 lineup on December 26. We expect a Reno3 smartphone with Mediatek’s first 5G SoC and the Reno3 Pro that will have the Snapdragon 765G chipset coupled with the Snapdragon X52 modem for 5G connectivity.

The latter was just listed on the company website in all its four colors and two memory options – it will have either 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage or 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Although this is hardly new info, one variant is missing – the 12/128 GB variant that is currently available for reservations on the JD.com retailer website.

The four colors are roughly translated Moonlight Black, Misty White, Night Sky Blue (even if it appears closer to green) and a stunning gradient called Sunrise that has all the colors you see on the sky right before the sun pops up behind the horizon.

These images aren’t exactly new, but Oppo posted side photos as well, showcasing an extremely thin body, a power button on the right side and the volume rocker on the left. The camera will protrude a little bit, so we hope it has proper scratch protection like sapphire glass, for example.

The live images confirm Oppo Reno3 Pro will have its selfie camera in the top left corner, but the display is likely to be AMOLED to allow for the fingerprint scanner to be underneath. The curved edges are no surprise, and something else we already knew was the user interface – Reno3 Pro will ship with ColorOS 7.

The photos of the back reveal a dual-LED flash and instead of revealing megapixels or numbers, Oppo simply wrote down “Ultra Steady”. We already know the company is betting a lot on its next gen stabilization. The phone is coming next Thursday so little waiting remains to be done.
