Flaunt raises enterprise loyalty cloud for Roblox and Shopify Plus

Flaunt has raised $1.8 million in funding to boost its enterprise loyalty cloud for Roblox and Shopify Plus.

Indianapolis, Indiana-based Flaunt got funding in a round led by High Alpha, with participation from Square Deal Capital, Service Provider Capital, and executives at Roblox, among others.

The additional funding is set to propel Flaunt’s growth and advance its mission to improve digital loyalty programs for enterprise clients.

Launched in 2023, Flaunt has become a player in the loyalty cloud arena, offering AI-powered insights, personalized campaign creation, and seamless social integrations. The platform has partnered with Hilton, PepsiCo, Lamborghini, and Barefaced, driving notable return on investment (ROI).

Flaunt’s progress

Flaunt established the first connection of digital loyalty programs with Roblox for Hilton Honors and Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media.

It also orchestrated the largest customer acquisition campaign in Roblox history for PepsiCo, connecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Bubly’s innovative Roblox experience.

The company also facilitated the first physical commerce transaction on Roblox with Lamborghini, selling exclusive avatar items for approximately $17,000 each.

And it delivered the most successful sales quarter on record for Barefaced, a skincare and lifestyle brand on Shopify Plus, with an incremental net sales lift of +17%.

Flaunt addresses the challenges faced by enterprise brands in engaging customers, personalizing experiences, and driving measurable profits amidst advertising headwinds. The platform seamlessly integrates core business systems like CRMs, loyalty programs, and Shopify with mass-scale engagement platforms such as Roblox and Instagram, enabling brands to create compelling loyalty experiences.

Kelli McCarthy, global director of Web3 Next Gen DTC for PepsiCo, said in a statement, “We are always looking to create more personalized experiences, and our partnership with Flaunt enables PepsiCo to capture first-party data at scale from key platforms like Roblox. This is critical to unlocking the insights necessary to fuel true personalization, which is what every major brand needs to drive continued loyalty.”

Eric Tobias, a partner at High Alpha, said in a statement, “Flaunt is flipping that script, enabling enterprises to not only drive more sales and brand engagement from existing customers but also acquire customers more efficiently.
