Xiaomi is going to introduce the Redmi Note 9 5G series in China tomorrow, November 26, and some final leaks ahead of the event confirmed even more details. According to leaked photos of the retail boxes, the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G will have a 108 MP main camera, while the key selling feature of the vanilla version will be the 6,000 mAh battery.

These images arrive as a confirmation of what we already knew from TENAA about the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. The big difference is with the battery of the Redmi Note 9 5G where we expected a smaller power cell of 5,000 mAh.
Introducing a phone with a 108MP main cam will be a first for Redmi – so far only the parent company Xiaomi has had it on phones from the Mi 10 and Mi Note 10 series. The 6,000 mAh battery in the vanilla phone is also only matched by two Poco phones in the company’s lineup.
The last unknown about the Redmi Note 9 5G and the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G remain the prices and the availability, and we’ll learn those details during tomorrow’s event.
