Watch the Infinix Note 8 launch live here

We are about to witness the debut of yet another interesting phone as Infinix is about to unveil its Note 8. The new smartphone of the Shenzhen-based company will be unveiled at 8 AM PDT (3PM UTC) and we have the livestream embedded below for your perusal.

The Infinix Note 8 will arrive as the successor of the Note 7, introduced back in April. This time we’ll see a Helio G80 chipset, a total of six cameras, and faster-than-18W charging speeds. The teaser reveals a big rectangle on the back with at least six circles – four of them for cameras, an LED flash and what looks like a light temperature sensor.

Technically, the Note 8 is said to come with “the biggest dual front camera screen” which is one way to reveal that you’ll have a big display and two selfie shooters. We do not see physical fingerprints on the teaser, so we expect the OLED panel to make a return after it was last seen in the 1.5-year-old Infinix Note 6.
