Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300s Launched in China with Triple Rear Cameras, Photography Kit Support

Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s are the two new flagships from the Chinese brand to debut in its home country. The new X300 Ultra packs the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Processor while the X300s has a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Here are all of their detailed specifications.

Vivo X300 Ultra: Price, Specifications

The Vivo X300 Ultra comes in Green, Silver, and Black shades, and is available in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB (with support for satellite communication) trims. It starts at CNY 6,999 (approx Rs 95,400).

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch AMOLED Display with a 2K pixels (3168 x 1440) resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 510 ppi, Dolby Vision, P3 wide colour gamut, HDR 10+, and a 2160Hz PWM dimming. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC paired with UFS 4.1 storage and LPDDR5x Ultra and Ultra Pro (for 1TB model) RAM.

It gets a triple rear camera setup including an OIS-backed 1/1.12-inch 200MP Blueprint x Sony LYT-901 f/1.85 primary sensor, a 50MP Blueprint x Sony LYT-818 f/2.0 ultra-wide angle sensor with OIS, and a 200MP Blueprint x Samsung ISOCELL HP0 f/2.67 periscope telephoto lens which gets industry’s first large-sensor gimbal-level 3° OIS (CIPA 7.0) feature. They are complemented by the VS1+ imaging chip. It has a 50MP f/2.45 front-facing camera.

Vivo also announced two new teleconverters for the device’s telephoto sensor, including the 400mm 17.4x teleconverter, called the “Cannon 400”, and a new 200mm 8.7x teleconverter that’s called the “Lipstick 200”. There’s also a new photography kit, called the vivo Imaging Grip Kit.

In addition, it is backed by a 6600mAh battery paired with 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The device is IP68 + IP69 rated, has stereo speakers and gets an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, IR blaster and a USB Type-C port. It also supports two-way satellite communication only in the 1TB model.

Vivo X300s: Price, Specifications

The Vivo X300s starts at CNY 4,999 (approx Rs 68,100) for the 12GB + 256GB model and is available in Titanium Black, Silver, Dream Core Purple and Film Green colours.

The Vivo X300s features a 6.78-inch AMOLED Display with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout. The panel has a 1.5K pixels resolution, a 144Hz Refresh Rate, high-frequency PWM dimming, HDR 10+, and 452 ppi. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage and up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra Pro RAM.

The Vivo X300s has a triple-rear camera setup that includes an OIS-assisted 200MP f/1.68 Blueprint x Samsung HPB primary camera with Zeiss optics, a 50MP f/2.0 Blueprint x Samsung JN1 ultra-wide unit with a 108-degree FOV with Zeiss T* coating, and a 50MP f/2.57 Blueprint x Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera with 3x Optical Zoom and OIS. It offers a 50MP f/2.0 selfie shooter at the front. The optics are joined by a Proprietary V3 imaging chip.

The Vivo X300s comes equipped with a 7100mAh battery unit and 90W Fast charging support and 40W wireless charging support. It also features IP68 + IP69 rating making it water and dust-resistant. It runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, IR blaster and a USB Type-C port. It also has stereo speakers and an X-axis haptic motor along with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
