TTartisan releases its $218 50mm F0.95 APS-C ultrafast prime for Fujifilm X, Sony E mount cameras

TTartisan has announced it’s adding two new mount options to its 50mm F0.95 APS-C lens. Now, in addition to Canon EOS-M, Canon RF, L-mount, Micro Four Thirds and Nikon Z-mount camera systems, Fujifilm X-mount and Sony E-mount users can get their hands on this affordable ultrafast prime.

The fully manual lens offers a roughly 75mm full-frame equivalent focal length and is constructed of eight elements in six groups. It uses a 10-blade aperture diaphragm, features multi-layer coatings on the individual elements, has a 50cm (19.7.”) minimum focusing distance and and uses a 58mm front filter thread.

In all, the new Fujifilm X-mount and Sony E-mount models appear unchanged from their Micro Four Thirds and Nikon Z-mount counterparts, down to the retro lens design, with a clicked aperture ring and focus ring with distance markings. The lens measures roughly 64mm (2.5″) in diameter by 63mm (2.5″) long and weighs 411g (14.5oz).

Below is a small collection of sample images captured with the lens and provided by TTartisan:

Each lens comes with front and rear lens caps, as well as a soft carrying case and microfiber cloth. The Fujifilm X-mount and Sony E-mount versions can be purchased through TTartisan’s online shop, as well as authorized TTartisan retailer Pergear and TTartisan’s official Amazon shop (Fujifilm X, Sony E).
