TCL sets date for MWC event, new own-branded and Alcatel phones incoming

Earlier this month TCL introduced its own-branded smartphones that are in the premium segment. The TCL 10 5G and TCL 10L will have flat displays, while the TCL 10 Pro is expected to have a panel with curved edges on the side.

All three units will have four shooters on the back, lined up horizontally. We expect them to have the full range of upper-medium chipsets, including the Snapdragon 865 in the TCL 10 Pro.

During CES 2020 we also saw four Alcatel devices – Alcatel 3L, Alcatel 1S, Alcatel 1V, and Alcatel 1B – all with a modest price tags between $65 and $165. We are yet to see if the company will also add more devices to the Alcatel range or will limit itself to detailing the TCL 10 lineup – its CES teaser didn’t give us much.
