Samsung Galaxy M11 is official with Infinity-O display and three cameras

Another week, another new smartphone from Samsung – say hello to the Galaxy M11. The phone is officially on the website of the UAE division of the company, revealing all key specs. It is also available to purchase at various retail stores across Abu Dhabi, but pricing is yet to be revealed.

The Samsung Galaxy M11 has a 6.4” LCD of HD+ resolution with a punch hole in the top left corner for the selfie camera. The Korean company does not reveal its chipsets, but confirms the Galaxy M11 comes an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.8GHz. RAM is 3GB, while storage is 32GB and there is a slot for a microSD card.

On the back, we have three cameras, lined up vertically. The main one is a 13 MP f/1.8 shooter, coming with a 5 MP f/2.2 wide-angle snapper with 115 degrees field of view and the third cam is a depth sensor for portrait shots. The selfie cam is 8 MP f/2.0 with fixed focus. Video recording is limited to 1080p @ 30 fps.

The phone has a huge 5,000 mAh battery, charged through a USB-C port and weighs 197 grams. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi b/g/n at 2.4 GHz, but no NFC. Unsurprisingly, this phone is LTE, and there is room for two SIM cards, as well as the card memory slot.
