The Samsung Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23 unveiled earlier this month debuted in India today. Both smartphones are offered in Light Blue, Black, and Orange colors, with the Galaxy A13 having an additional White option.
The Galaxy A13 comes in 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB memory configurations priced at INR14,999 ($195/€180) and INR17,499 ($230/€210), respectively. The Galaxy A23, on the other hand, has 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB options. The former is priced at INR19,499 ($255/€230) and the latter at INR20,999 ($275/€250). Both phones can be purchased from Samsung India’s official website, but the Galaxy A23’s 8GB/128GB model is unavailable at the time of writing this.
The Samsung Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23 are basically the same phones with slightly different designs and chipsets. The A13 is powered by the Exynos 850 SoC, whereas the A23 has the Snapdragon 680 chip at the helm.

The rest of the specs include a 6.6″ FullHD+ LCD, Android 12-based One UI 4.1, side-mounted fingerprint reader, and 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging. But Samsung doesn’t bundle the 25W adapter with the phones, so you’ll have to buy it separately if you want faster charging speeds.
For photography, both smartphones have five cameras each onboard – an 8MP selfie shooter inside the notch, with the 50MP primary camera on the rear joined by 5MP ultrawide, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro units. However, it’s worth noting that the Galaxy A23’s main camera comes with OIS, and the smartphone can record 4K videos at 30FPS and 120FPS slow-motion videos in HD resolution, which the Galaxy A13 can’t.
