Realme GT 2 Pro’s key specs confirmed by AnTuTu, 120Hz screen in tow

A Realme smartphone with model code RMX3300, believed to be a variant of the GT 2 Pro, was spotted on AnTuTu recently with a score of over 1 million points. AnTuTu said it will verify the entry, and it now reports that the phone’s scores are legit.

AnTuTu also revealed a few specs of the RMX3300, including 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, a 120Hz refresh rate screen, and Android 12, likely with Realme UI 3.0 on top.

The RMX3300 is powered by Qualcomm’s SM8450 SoC, expected to be called Snapdragon 8 Gen1. This is the third Android device to cross 1 million AnTuTu points since we previously saw a vivo smartphone with the Dimensity 9000 SoC achieving 1,002,220 points and another device with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 scoring 1,035,020 points on AnTuTu.

AnTuTu says the Realme RMX3300 is a prototype, so you can expect its retail version to score higher in synthetic tests and offer overall better performance.

AnTuTu didn’t divulge any other specs of the Realme RMX3300, but last week’s leak revealed that a version of the GT 2 Pro with model designation RMX3301 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip, Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0, and a 6.51″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen. The source also claimed that RMX3301 will have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage onboard but didn’t provide any specific numbers.

The RMX3301’s camera department will include a 32MP selfie unit and a 50MP primary camera with OIS. The smartphone will support 125W UltraDart charging, but its battery capacity is unknown.

The Realme GT 2 Pro is expected to arrive next year with a price tag of around CNY4,000 ($625/€550) in China, but we are yet to hear anything about it from Realme.
