Realme C25Y is coming on September 16 with a 50MP camera

Realme will expand its portfolio of C series smartphones on September 16 with the introduction of C25Y. The smartphone will be announced in India at 12:30PM local time and will be sold through the company’s official website and Flipkart.

The C25Y will come with a Unisoc T610 SoC, a 50MP “AI-enabled” camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and two color options.

Realme says the C25Y will provide an “all-day performance to the users” and pack a massive battery. The company doesn’t tell us its size, but we don’t expect anything smaller than a 5,000 mAh cell since the C25 and C25s – both available in India – ship with a 6,000 mAh battery.

The young brand also promises “many other astonishing features” with the C25Y but doesn’t get into the details.
