Realme launched the 9i last month, and the company is expected to expand the series with the 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ on February 15. Realme hasn’t detailed the specs sheets of these phones yet or confirmed their launch dates, but Mr. Madhav Sheth – VP of Realme and President of Realme International Business Group – revealed an interesting bit about the Realme 9 Pro+ on Twitter today.
Mr. Sheth said that the Realme 9 Pro+ will feature a heart rate sensor to measure your pulse – a first on any Realme smartphone. The VP also shared a video that shows the smartphone will use its in-display fingerprint scanner to measure the heart rate. But do note that Realme advises against using the data for medical treatment or diagnosis.
Keep a track of your health and be aware of it throughout the day.

That said, the Realme 9 Pro+ featuring an in-display fingerprint reader is a confirmation that the smartphone will come with an AMOLED screen, which the clip shared by Mr. Sheth reveals has a punch hole in the top-left corner for the selfie camera.
Realme previously confirmed that the 9 Pro+ will be powered by the Dimensity 920 SoC and will be the first handset to come with this chip in Europe. We’ll hear more from Realme about the 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ in the coming days, but in the meantime, you can head this way to check out their leaked specs.
