Oppo traditionally has an event in December called Inno Day. It is where the company announces all its innovations and accomplishments and is also the stage for launching new products.
According to one trustworthy leakster, Oppo Inno Day 2022 will be on December 14. A day later, on December 15, we will see the announcement of Oppo Find N2 foldable and Oppo’s first clamshell, tentatively called Find N2 Flip.
Oppo Find N2 Flip
Despite the singular name, Oppo Inno Day is a multi-day event where we see not only smartphones but also technologies. In 2020 there was a concept phone with a rollable display, while last year, we saw a prototype with a main retractable camera.
There was also the announcement of the MariSilicon X NPU, and we can only wonder whether Oppo has developed an upgraded version.
Speaking of the Find N2, expectations are to be the lightest horizontal foldable yet with a weight under 240 grams – 15% lighter than the first Oppo Find N and significantly lighter than competitors from other manufacturers. The Find N Flip was spotted in a hands-on video with a vertical cover display on one half, the other for the dual cameras.
