OnePlus Nord goes through DxOMark’s testing, gets an average score

The OnePlus Nord aims to deliver premium camera features and a flagship-like overall camera experience and DxOMark says that for the most part, the phone does very well. The overall score that reviewers gave is 108 points, which is just 1 point fewer than what DxOMark gave to the Huawei P20 Pro a few years back. It goes a long way to say how far smartphone photography has gone.

As far as photo and video performance goes, the OnePlus Nord seems to be doing great during the day offering good sharpness and detail, fast and dependable autofocus and accurate exposure.

However, at night, the phone doesn’t seem to be up to snuff with noise starting to be more prominent. The same goes for video recording too. The white balance also tends to be a bit off during the night. The lack of proper stabilization during video recording also cost the Nord a few points.
