Nokia 7.1 is going up to Android 10, the 7.2 will follow it next month

And that makes three – HMD has started rolling out the Android 10 update for the Nokia 7.1, after the 8.1 and 9 PureView models got theirs. As usual it’s a staged rollout, but some people have already received it and posted a screenshot in the Nokia community forums.

The update (V4.08B) is about 1.3GB in size, so it’s best to wait until you’re at home so you can download it over Wi-Fi and charge your phone if necessary.

The changelog is the same as on other phones – dark mode, new gesture navigation, smart reply and better privacy and location controls. This update bumps the security patch up to November 2019. You can check out Nokia’s Android 10 page for more details.
