Meizu 16T to be unveiled on October 23

leaked invite late last month revealed that Chinese phone maker Meizu will unveil the 16T on October 23. Well, the company has officially confirmed the date by sharing a poster on Weibo.

Meizu hasn’t revealed any specs of the 16T yet (it did share a camera sample), but thanks to AnTuTu, we know it will come with a Snapdragon 855 SoC with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The smartphone will boot Android Pie and sport a FullHD+ display, which according to a TENAA listing, will measure 6.5″ diagonally.

The listing also confirmed a 8GB/256GB memory configuration along with a 4,400 mAh battery, a 16MP selfie shooter, and a triple camera setup (12MP+10MP+5MP) on the back.

We expect Meizu to confirm some more features of the 16T in the days leading to the official announcement.
