LG G9 case renders leak, confirming the design

Renders of a transparent case for the LG G9 have leaked, perfectly matching the OnLeaks renders. However, there may have been some confusion – this might actually be the LG V60 (the back panel of which we saw yesterday).

Either way, chances are that the G9 and V60 will share the same design – just like the G8X and V50S and the G8 and V50 before that.

The renders of the case confirm that there will not be a fingerprint reader on the back, instead an in-display reader will be used. They also show a quad camera on the back, though case renders are only reliable for the position of holes and not so much what’s inside them.

There’s definitely a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom side, next to the USB-C port and opposite the loudspeaker grille.

Whether it’s the LG G9 or the V60, this phone will be unveiled at the end of February at the annual MWC – actually, we’ll see both devices.
