Kyndryl unveiled an extended collaboration with Google Cloud to spearhead the development of responsible generative AI solutions across industries.
Since their initial partnership in 2021, Kyndryl and Google Cloud have been at the forefront of transforming global businesses, harnessing Google Cloud’s AI capabilities and trusted infrastructure.
The latest phase of their collaboration will concentrate on synergizing Google Cloud’s in-house AI technologies, including the powerful Gemini – Google’s advanced Large Language Model (LLM) – with Kyndryl’s expertise and managed services.
Key focus areas include AI and data foundation advisory and implementation services. Kyndryl’s advisory and implementation services will assist customers in identifying optimal generative AI use cases aligned with their business goals. Leveraging its extensive experience with Google Cloud technologies, including Gemini, Kyndryl aims to drive business transformation through AI.
The partners will also apply the Google Cloud Cortex Framework to enterprise resource planning (ERP). Kyndryl will utilize Google Cloud’s Cortex Framework to extract maximum value from customers’ ERP data, enhancing productivity and delivering profound business insights.
Kyndryl will also offer its new custom LLM Operations (LLMOps) Framework to Google Cloud customers. This framework aims to address common challenges responsibly and cost-effectively, supporting customers with data modernization services for optimized generative AI solutions.
And Kyndryl said it is committed to expanding its AI and data analytics skills through training programs and bootcamps available via the Google Cloud Academy for Kyndryl. This investment ensures a skilled workforce capable of meeting the rising demand for generative AI solutions.
Nicolas Sekkaki, Kyndryl’s global applications, data, and AI practice leader, said in a statement, “By combining this unique perspective and the Kyndryl Responsible AI Principles with Google’s AI history and in-house generative AI capabilities, we can quickly and responsibly bring this new generation of AI to customers and drive their business value.”
Yateendar Bollini, director of global consulting partnerships at Google Cloud, said in a statement, “Kyndryl will provide enterprise customers with the services expertise and generative AI solutions needed to accelerate business transformation with Gemini on top of the security capabilities and trusted infrastructure of Google Cloud.”
Kyndryl and Google Cloud have already assisted iHub Solutions, a Singapore-based smart warehouse and logistics provider, in launching a generative AI pilot for customer service.
Koh San Joo, CEO of iHub Solutions, said in a statement, “Kyndryl provided the expertise and end-to-end services we needed to launch our first generative AI pilot – one that can advance iHub’s mission and vision for AI-driven transformation across the organization.”
