Kia introduced a series of new electric GT vehicles in Korea. The EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT are the latest to join Kia’s growing performance EV lineup.

Kia unleashes a slew of new electric GT vehicles

After unveiling the new electric sports cars at the Brussels Motor Show last month, Kia’s latest EVs are now available in Korea.

Kia launched the EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT on Monday, adding to its growing lineup of electric performance cars.

The new GT models are equipped with a dual-wheel-drive (AWD) pin system, GT-exclusive interior and exterior design elements, and added features, transforming an ordinary performance-driving machine.

The EV3 and EV4 GT are equipped with a 145 kW front motor and a 70 kW rear motor, delivering a combined 215 kW.

Meanwhile, the EV5 GT features a larger 155 kW front motor and the same 70 kW rear motor, for a combined 225 kW output.

All new models feature Kia’s signature neon-colored brake calipers, 20″ wheels and performance tires, GT-modified front and rear bumpers, and GT-exclusive badging.

On the interior, you’ll find more GT-exclusive elements, including sports seats and a unique driver-cluster screen, along with premium features such as a Harman Kardon stereo system.

Beyond the exterior, Kia added new features, including a virtual gearshift system and Active Sound (e-ASD), which simulates the sound and shift feel of a high-performance engine.

The EV3 GT is priced at 53.75 million won ($37,000), the EV4 GT at 55.17 million won ($38,000), and the EV5 GT at 56.6 million won ($39,000).

Kia is offering a trade-in program with up to 700,000 won ($500) discount for those who upgrade to a new electric vehicle.

For owners of a Sorento or Carnival, Kia is offering an additional 1 million won ($700) bonus when purchasing an EV9, bringing the combined discount to 1.7 million won ($1,200).

After launching in Korea, Kia is expected to introduce the EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT in Europe, the UK, and other global markets throughout 2026.

While (sadly) Kia does not offer the EV3, EV4, or EV5 in the US, it is offering a $10,000 bonus across its entire EV lineup. If you’re interested, you can find deals on Kia’s electric vehicles in your area using the links below.
