To close out the year strong, Ford is offering more ways to save on its electric vehicles. Ford introduced a new year-end sales event with significant discounts on its top-selling EV models, the F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E. Here’s how you can score some savings.

Ford increases discounts on EV models to close out 2024

With several discount programs, Ford is making it easier than ever to go electric. The company launched its new year-end sales event on Friday, boosting discounts on 2024 Lightning and Mach-E models.

Ford’s new promotion offers 0% financing for 72 months and $5,000 in Bonus Cash. In addition, you get a free EV charger, and Ford is covering the cost of standard installation.

On October 1, Ford introduced its new “Power Promise” program. The initiative is designed to show buyers the true benefits of driving an EV, like waking up with a fully charged vehicle every morning.

All new EV buyers get a free Level 2 home charger with no standard installation fees. To sweeten the deal, Ford is also offering free 24/7 live support and an 8-year/ 100,000-mile battery warranty.

If you choose to lease, the savings can be even bigger. Ford is offering up to $10,500 ($7,500 EV Red Carpet Lease + $3,000 bonus cash) in lease cash on the 2024 Mustang Mach-E. And don’t worry, you also get the free home charger with installation as part of the Power Promise.

When leasing, the 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning is eligible for up to $6,500 ($3,500 Red Carpet Lease + $3,000 bonus cash).

Ford is opening up its sales network with nearly 3,000 dealers across the US now able to support new EV customers.

With another 6,264 electric models sold in October, Ford’s EV sales in the US reached nearly 74,000 through the first ten months of the year, up 38% from 2023.

Ford has sold nearly 39,000 Mustang Mach-Es, up 23% YOY, and over 24,600 F-150 Lightning models in the US this year. The Mach-E is the second best-selling electric SUV in the US, while the Lightning is the second best-selling EV pickup, behind the Tesla Model Y and Cybertruck.
