Robert Downey Jr. has been the face of OnePlus in China for a while and is, of course, the star of the latest ad, the one featuring the OnePlus 8T. This ad starts off with the new Warp Charge 65 and moves on the camera and screen.
Parts of this ad were shot on an actual OnePlus 8T as a way to tout the main 48MP and the 16MP ultrawide cameras (note: some scenes were shot with a professional cam). Video capture gets a nod too, for the image stabilization and 4K 60 fps mode.
The 120Hz screen gets a mention as well, it’s one of the major upgrades over the vanilla OnePlus 8. However, the Always On Display is not featured in the ad, even though the 8T is the first OnePlus to have it.
Speaking of ads, check this one out – the company has partnered with CD Projekt Red to create a Cyberpunk 2077 limited edition OnePlus 8T.
Unfortunately, this is just a teaser, so we can’t see what the phone (and custom accessories) will look like yet. But there are plenty of Cyberpunk-themed products on the way and one of the teaser images does show a glimpse of the 8T with a yellow accent color on a bespoke case.

The OnePlus 8T 2077 will go on pre-sale on November 4, a couple of weeks before the game itself releases.
