You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation procedures set forth within the SaaS tool that you are subscribed to.

Upon cancellation, your access to our services will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the end of the billing period, you will lose access to any services that require a subscription.

Refunds

As our services are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. Once a billing period has begun, all charges for that period are final and non-refundable.

Unintended Renewal

In the event that your subscription is cancelled but you still see a charge on your account, it is possible that the subscription was accidentally restarted. This could occur if you or someone with access to your account inadvertently reactivated the subscription.

In such cases, you will need to cancel the subscription again to stop future charges. Please note that we do not offer refunds for charges incurred due to unintended renewal of the subscription.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated Cancellation and Refund Policy.
