Sunny Optical will most likely join Largan, Yujingguang and Kantatsu, which in turn supply the lenses to LG Innotek for assembly. Sunny Optical will be appointed to the 7P main lens.

Recent rumors suggest that the ultrawide camera will receive an update with a better 6P lens, bigger aperture – f/1.8 and autofocus. The report doesn’t say whether Sunny Optical will deliver the new lenses or it will stick to the 7P units on the main shooter.
