Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G, Ai+ Nova 2 5G Launched in India: All Details

Ai+ has announced two new smartphones in India, including the Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G and the Ai+ Nova 2 5G. The two new budget phones have chipsets from MediaTek and Unisoc. The devices further run on NxtQuantum OS based on Android 16. Here’s everything they offer.

Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G: Price, Availability, Specifications

The Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G starts at Rs 16,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 128GB trim costs Rs 18,999. The device will go on sale from April 17 at 12 noon on Flipkart in Black, Blue, Green, Purple, and Red shades.

The Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2772 x 1272 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 2500 nits peak brightness, and a 450 ppi. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB storage which is expandable through a hybrid microSD card slot. It runs on NxtQuantom OS based on Android 16.

The device has a dual camera setup at the back, including a 50MP Sony IMX752 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, while on the front there’s a 13MP sensor for selfies. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery with support for 33W Fast charging but comes with an 18W charger in the box.

The device has an in-display fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers. It is also IP68 rated. Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.4, and a USB-C port. The device also comes with a dedicated gaming button and a set of multi-coloured LEDs on the back.

The Ai+ Nova 2 5G starts at Rs 8,999 for the 4GB + 64GB model and the 6GB + 128GB version will cost Rs 10,999. The device will go on sale via Flipkart on April 14 at 12 noon in Black, Blue, Green, Purple, and Pink shades.

The Ai+ Nova 2 5G features a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 260 ppi, 2D Glass, Oleophobic Coating, and 450 nits of typical brightness. The device is powered by the Unisoc T8200 chipset, paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage which is expandable up to 1TB through a dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on NxtQuantom OS based on Android 16.

The device has a single 50MP primary camera sensor on the back and an 8MP sensor on the front for selfies. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a single mono speaker. It is also IP64 rated. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.0, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
